- Information about your 3D ALARMA Hub (such as your model and serial number, network information including IP address, device activity logs, historical and current device settings, your location).
- Environmental data from 3D ALARMA devices, such as temperature, noise level, or motion data.
- Images and videos generated through 3D ALARMA devices.
While using our Products or Services, we may process:
- Information about you (such as first name, last name, email, phone number, and your photo).
- Information you share with us from your device’s address book when you invite users to the Product (such as the email or phone number of a person you invite to the Product).
- Unique identifiers for our Services (such as your username and password).
- Unique identifiers of the users you have connected to the Product, such as the user’s name, the user’s role in the Product, and their email address; Information about your mobile device, such as device type, operating system, and system language.
- Location-based data to provide you with reminders to arm/disarm the system if you activate the Geofence feature in our app.
- For Android users, SMS with the authorization code required during registration or account changes.
- Information about your use of our Products and Services (such as application requests to our server).

- The data you provide us with by filling in the forms, which may contain your personal and contact details.

Why do we need your data?
- All data we receive through our home security devices or while using our Products or Services is processed solely to provide you with the requested security services. This means that we process all that data to perform a contract we have with you. In addition, this means that we do not collect any data that is not specifically necessary to provide you with such services.
- In addition, the data we collect to provide the Services may be used for analytical purposes and to improve the user experience, for which we have a legitimate interest. Such data is processed exclusively by 3D ALARMA and is not transferred to or processed by third parties.
- If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you emails with information about us and our latest updates. We rely on your consent that you provide when confirming your subscription. In addition, we will personalize these emails based on the information we have about you, to make them more relevant and useful to you.
- If you have shared transaction logs from your app in case you have had any issues, we will process them to resolve your technical issue and improve our Products and Services. We process them based on our legitimate interest in making our market offerings more competitive.
- We use the data you share with us from your device’s phone book when you invite users to the Product (such as the email or phone number of a person you invite to the Product) to send the invitation only to those people.

How long do we need it?
All data is stored throughout the customer relationship, except for the push notification memory, which is limited to 500 transactions. For the PRO Desktop account event log, the storage duration of event notifications is 2 years. However, some types of data (such as the name of representatives, job title, and contact information mentioned in contracts) may be stored for longer than the period of cooperation for compliance with our legal obligations.

- We will always delete your personal data if you decide to deactivate your account by leaving us a note on 3dseguridad.com/politica-privacidad/. This will mean that we will not provide you with any further services and will not need your data respectively.
- If you decide to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can easily do so by clicking the Unsubscribe button below any email received or by contacting us at 3dcontigo@3dseguridad.com.
- After that, you will no longer receive our letters. We don’t keep any logs of operations on our servers for more than a month.
Will your data be shared?
